‘RSP on the Move’

RSP’s CURRENT Initiatives ABROAD

We are excited to announce a new collaboration between PPSC’s Refugee Support Project and the Ukrainian Caregivers Group, led by DIR Floortime training leader, Galina Itskovich. The Ukrainian Caregivers Group Initiative works to offer multimodal therapeutic support for parents of neurodiverse children in Ukraine who are either displaced or sheltering in place. Services include:

  • Therapy Support Groups for Caregivers

  • Specialized care to aid Ukrainian Caregivers in times of war

It is an honor and a privilege to announce ‘RSP on the Move’, a subset of PPSC’s Refugee Support Project, that can support, fundraise, and bring awareness to these critical support groups.

Galina did not stop there!

With the support of volunteers, therapists, and her contacts in Ukraine, Galina also created the ‘Bowl of Hope’ Initiative. This initiative offers individual food packages for special needs children in Ukraine who have very specific dietary restrictions. Her projects are geared towards supporting both children with disabilities and their caretakers during this horrific time in Ukraine.

It is our intention to “stay on the Move” at RSP as the war progresses and as we work to expand our Project to work with other refugee populations.
